Inspired by cosmic botanical forms, the Womb vase 3 is a handmade ceramic vase crafted in our Berlin studio from black stoneware with a handmade glaze made with stones collected during Violaine Toth's travel around Europe. This vase is part of the collection Womb created in 2024. A collection of shattered artifacts symbolizing the pain of giving birth in a metaphorical sense, depicting the emotional and physical disintegration that comes with creation and transformation.
Each piece is wheel-thrown by Violaine and features her signature ornamental details, making every piece entirely one of a kind. Each items is carefully packed with recycled materials.

Since all products are handmade and unique, deviations in form and intensity of colors are part of the design.
All products are made from stoneware fired at 1220°C and all tableware products are foodsafe.
