2h30 Wheel Class

Try the wheel in a 2h30 session with a teacher in a group class. Learn how to prepare your clay and set your wheel to make bowls and cylinders. After the class, we will glaze and fire 2 of your pieces and will notify you when they are ready to pick it up at the studio within 2 to 6 weeks.

What is included?

• 2.5-hour guided session with expert instruction
• Clay and use of the pottery wheel and tools
• Finishing, firing and glazing by our studio of up to 2 of your pieces after your wheel class (to make your ceramics water resistant and usable) We will glaze your pieces with our special selfmade studio glaze (cf: last pictures)

Who is the class suitable for? This workshop is perfect for beginners who want to try wheel throwing for the first time. If you are a more advanced potter, this class is also suitable to help you perfect your technique and refresh what you've already start learning. It's also great for creative minds looking for a hands-on artistic experience. 

Go further into the process: Option to book a 2 hours glazing class here to paint yourself all the pieces you will make and experiment with a selection of 40+ colors 🎨 (Possibility to book this option up to 24 hours after your wheel class)

Details to remember

• With who? Ella, Narmin or Violaine (More details about our ceramic teachers here) (All our classes are held in english)
• What to bring? Comfortable clothes that can get dirty, short nails and no rings/bracelets recommended, long hair should be tied back, come as you are 😌 
  
  

Please note that due to limited space in our studio we can't store your pieces for a long period of time. Therefore your ready ceramics have to be picked up within two months after you received the notification from us telling you they are fired, otherwise it will be thrown away. Only reservations cancelled 7 or more full calendar days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund or be postponed. After that delay, we cannot postpone or refund your class.
